PALE LAGER – HELLES Low fermentation light yellow beer, characterized by the honeyed taste of pilsner malt and the herbaceous and floral aroma of German hops. You can taste it packaged in a 33cl glass bottle, 33cl aluminum can and obviously also on tap. In production since 07/2010

WHY NAPEA?
In the classic mythology “Napee” (from greek ναπη, “woody valleys”) are nymphs who guard valleys, woods and grasslands.
INGREDIENTS
- Malts: pale Italian malt and a little caramel malt from Germany.
- Hops: a hop variety grown in Tettnang, Germany.
- Yeast: bottom-fermenting (saccharomyces carlsbergensis).
