LES BIÈRES DU GRAND ST. BERNARD – FROM THE TOP OF THE ALPS
Our beers take shape from The Top of the Alps, in the heart of Valle d’Aosta, at the foot of the highest rocky Giants in Europe: Grand Combin, Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso, Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn. The new premises where Les Bières du Grand St. Bernard are brewed lies 1,000m a.s.l in GIGNOD, along the Via Francigena that connected Italy to the British Isles during the Middle Ages. Master Brewers Rémy Charbonnier and Stefano Collé personally monitor each stage in the brewing process of their craft beers, which are 100% natural. These beers are the fruit of ingredients carefully selected and varying according to necessity: cereals, hops and yeast. And obviously water – rarely is it so pure and uncontaminated. Water that springs directly from the alpine peaks.
