Ibex – 10th anniversary
LAGER CHIARA – HELLES BOCK Low fermentation beer with a deep golden color. Produced with 100% barley malt grown in the Aosta Valley and German hops also used cold, with the so-called Dry Hopping technique, which give particular fruity aromas. In production from 10/2020
WHY IBEX?
This beer is our take on the “bock” style, which literally means goat in German. Hence the choice of the ibex, species “capra ibex”, which populates the Alps and is one of its emblems.
THE INGREDIENTS
- Malts: 100% light Pilsner malt produced with barley grown in the Aosta Valley.
- Hops: German hops grown in Hallertau and Tettnang, Germany.
- Yeast: from bottom fermentation (saccharomyces pastorianus)
