DOUBLE IPA

High fermentation beer, characterized by the use of Pale malt and a selection of American hops: Mosaic, Cascade and Columbus.
An avalanche of taste that does not deny the aromas found on the nose. Tropical fruit and yellow-fleshed fruit are the protagonists with notes of mango, citrus, tropical fruit, balsamic herbs and resin. From the copious use of Mosaic hops the result is a real MOSAIC of flavors.
American hops in one of their greatest expressions. The result is a complex but not cloying beer despite the high alcohol content, dangerously attractive
