PILS – pilsner lager Low fermentation beer with a pale straw yellow color. Produced with 100% Italian barley malt and German noble hops. In production from 07/2021
WHY PRAETORIA?
This beer is dedicated to the city of Aosta (Augusta Prætoria Salassorum), a Roman colony founded in 25 BC.
INGREDIENTS
- Malts: 100% light Pilsner malt produced with barley grown in Italy.
- Hops: German hops grown in Tettnang, Germany.
- Yeast: from bottom fermentation (saccharomyces pastorianus)
