CLIMBER – India Pale Ale (IPA)
« A CLIMBING OF PLEASURE »
High fermentation beer from Alc 5.5% Vol. Characterized by the use of pale malt and a selection of American hops: Summit, Amarillo, Cascade, Ekuanot, Columbus.Citrus hints: lemon and grapefruit above all but also papaya and tropical fruits. The finish shows a marked bitterness but with a « refined » touch, which prepares the mouth for a new drink.
• Overall it is captivating, with an evident bitterness in the background and a clear aroma of exotic hops.
